About these terms

Orders and pricing
- All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email.
Custom builds
- Custom gaffs and tools are made to the specifications you choose. Please check your selections carefully before ordering.
- We may contact you to confirm details before your build begins. Colours on screen are a guide and the finished build may vary slightly; bamboo is a natural material, so grain and colour are unique to each piece.
- Build and delivery times are estimates and can vary with demand and materials.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping
We ship to the countries available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
Returns and problems with your order
Because custom builds are made to order, they can't be returned for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us at riptidegaffs@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details and photos, and we will work with you to make it right.
Accounts and rewards
- Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Rewards points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or withdrawn. Points are applied as a discount at checkout when you are signed in.
Using our tools safely
Gaffs, hooks and dehookers are sharp working tools. Use them with care, store them safely and keep them away from children.
Content and intellectual property
Photos, designs, logos and text on this website belong to Riptide Gaffs unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Riptide Gaffs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
